Is your business eligible for TDP?
Does your business meet these criteria?:

Incorporated Business: Federally or provincially registered with a valid Business Number

For-Profit SME: Privately owned company with 1–499 employees

Ontario Presence: Permanent establishment in Ontario

Revenue Threshold: Minimum $500,000 in annual revenue (in at least 1 of the past 3 years)

DMAP Completed: Must have an approved Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (We can help with this!)

Investment Ready: Ability to match funding (minimum 50% of project costs)

Implementation Capability: Capacity to adopt and sustain new digital technologies

Vendor Partnership: Must collaborate with a qualified digital technology vendor
- Your Business Is Not: Retail/e-commerce, franchise, non-profit, real estate brokerage, and MLM company
